Shipping and Returns

For customers within Germany, the shipping cost is €4.95. Please be advides that in the event of a return, shipping costs will also be non-refundable.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery will take place within 1 to 3 working days.

If not all products can be shipped at the same time, partial deliveries are possible – at no additional cost to you, of course. In the event of a delivery being delayed for reasons beyond our control, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date.

In the event of any loss or damage incurred during shipping, we will assume responsibility.

Please be advised that complimentary returns are available for customers. To return an item, please complete the enclosed return form and affix the return label to the outside of the parcel in a clearly visible position.

Payment Methods

Invoice

Payment by invoice requires a positive credit check. In the event of a negative credit assessment, we reserve the right to refuse payment by invoice and refer you to one of the other available payment methods. The invoice amount is due no later than 14 days after the invoice date.

PayPal

When paying with PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the ordering process. After a successful payment, you will be redirected back to the Kennel & Schmenger online shop. Your PayPal account will be charged once your order has been completed.

Klarna Invoice (via Mollie)

When purchasing by invoice with Klarna (via our payment service provider Mollie), you pay only after you have received your order. You have up to 30 days to transfer the amount directly to Klarna.

Klarna Installment Payment (via Mollie)

With Klarna Installment Payment, you can conveniently pay for your purchases in monthly installments. If you select this option at the end of the ordering process, you will be redirected to Klarna to complete the setup. Please note that payments must be made directly to Klarna.

Credit Card (via PayPal & Mollie)

We accept credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. The transmission of your credit card data is protected by a secure SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped.

Apple Pay (via Mollie)

With Apple Pay you can pay quickly, securely, and contactlessly – directly using your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Your data remains protected, and checkout is completed in just a few seconds.
