The shipping costs to the Netherlands are EUR 12.95
Please note that the shipping costs are also payable in the event of a return. 


PayPal
When paying with PayPal, you will be forwarded directly to PayPal at the end of the order process. After successful payment you will be redirected back to the Kennel & Schmenger online store. Your PayPal account will be debited after you have completed your order.

Credit card (via Paypal & Mollie)
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. The transfer of your credit card data is protected by a secure SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). Your credit card will be charged when your order is dispatched.

Apple Pay (via Mollie)
With Apple Pay (via Mollie), you can pay quickly, securely and contactlessly - directly via iPhone, iPad or Mac. Your data remains protected and the checkout is completed in just a few seconds.

iDEAL (via Mollie)
With iDEAL (via Mollie), you can pay for your order conveniently and securely through the online banking system of your Dutch bank. When you select this payment method, you will be redirected to iDEAL at the end of the checkout process to complete the payment in your familiar banking environment. The amount will then be debited directly from your account, and you will be automatically redirected back to the Kennel & Schmenger online shop after successful payment.


 

Delivery area is exclusively the Netherlands. We assume the risk of loss or damage to your order. damage to the goods in transit to you. From us indicated delivery times are calculated from the time of our order confirmation, prior payment of the purchase price - except in the case of purchase on account provided that If for the respective goods in our internet store no or no deviating delivery time is specified, it is 1-3 working days. If not all goods in an order are delivered at the same time can be delivered at the same time, we shall be liable in accordance with the agreed delivery times - within the scope of what is reasonable for you - at our expense.

If we are unable to meet a binding delivery deadline for reasons for which we are not responsible (non-availability of the goods, e.g. due to lack of self-supply by upstream suppliers or force majeure), we will inform you of this immediately, stating the new expected delivery deadline if applicable. If the new delivery period is not acceptable to you or if the goods are also not available within the new delivery period or not available at all, both contracting parties shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract with regard to the goods concerned; in this case, we shall immediately reimburse any consideration already paid. The statutory rights of the contracting parties shall remain unaffected by this.

Should the delivery of the goods fail for reasons for which we are not responsible, we may withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded immediately. Our statutory rights, in particular to compensation for additional expenses, shall remain unaffected.
